Isosurface reconstructions (n = 10 cases) of Manual Labeling Based on Semi-Quantitative Tau (CP13) Density Scores in Entorhinal Subfields EO, ER, Elr, EMI, EI, Elc, EC, ECL: Isosurfaces show histopathologically validated labels for the entorhinal subfields and perirhinal cortex. The labeled colors correspond to semi-quantitative scores in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. For ease of comparison, the isosurfaces have been arranged in consistent orientation regardless of hemisphere laterality.
