The rationale for panel (c) is that there were no sex differences; males and females were combined in the analysis, and all statistical differences are indicated in this graph. Both male and female group NQ-SN demonstrated significantly greater GDNF protein than all other groups (**p<0.05), and NS–0.09CGS-N was significantly greater than controls (*p<0.05).
