Gut bacterial communities of larvae and adult bee of SBV-resistant strain compared to SBV-susceptible strain were analysed by the non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS). The analysis was done for comparison of microbiome of SBV-resistant larvae strain R (a) and strain H with SBV-susceptible strain (b), and of adult bee of resistant strain H and susceptible strain (c).
