Cohort of 26 consecutive newly diagnosed acromegaly patients. Variables include age, tumor size, gender, initial presentation, number of medial walls resected, postoperative growth hormone levels, preoperative and postoperative IGF-1 levels, WHO 2017 Adenoma subtype classification, Knosp grade and remission rates. Categorical variables are reported as number and percentage, and continuous variables are reported as mean ± standard deviation.
