General sketch of holder for upright microscopes

It consists of a base of a defined length and width (e.g., 30 cm × 15 cm), to which custom-made platforms for body support, and stereotaxic devices for head support, can be attached. Externally, tubing and cabling (i.e., for anesthesia, oxygen, vacuum, temperature control, cardiac monitoring, etc.) can be organized and attached on custom-made supports. This is most suitable for brain, isc-BAT, lungs, heart, kidneys, and lymph nodes, although can be adapted for other organs. A mouse schematic has been inserted for reference.
