Fig. 19 — Illustrative cases: Case 4: A 71-year-old female with mild carpal tunnel syndrome CTS in nerve conduction study. CSA2, CSA3 and CSA2–1 (4.1 mm ² ) showed mild CTS. CSA1 and CSA2–3 (1mm ² ) were negative. Flattening ratio was 2.2 and palmar bowing 3.4 cm.
