Three cpsA-positive isolates were identified only by Quellung reaction as serotype 19F.
One cpsA-positive isolate was identified only by Quellung reaction as serotype 6A.
Serogroup 6 includes isolates that are not differentiated between serotypes 6A and 6B by the multiplex PCR used in both the BEC and the BEPCR methods.
One cpsA-negative isolate was identified only by Quellung reaction as serotype 19A.
A cpsA-positive isolate identified only by Quellung reaction as serotype 29.
