Histopathological assessment of patient tumor and tumor organoid (A) Ki67 staining of the colon cancer organoids and original tumor (B) CDX2 staining of the colon cancer organoids and original tumor. Both stain intensity and presence quantified ki67 and CDX2. Intensity defines staining strength, and presence is expressed as the percentage of cells with staining.
