Areas that decreased in volume (red) includes anterior cingulate cortex (Niddam et al., Valfre’ et al.), occipital cortex (Coppola et al., Lai et al.), Cerebellum (Bilgic et al., Lai et al.), anterior hypothalamus (Chen et al.), and the brainstem (Bilgic et al.).
