AAV9-CAG-GFP was retro-orbitally injected at 3.3 x 1011 GC/mouse 3 weeks before. TH and αCGRP immunofluorescence (red) barely co-existed with AAV9 (green). Notably, αCGRP immunofluorescent nerve fibers surrounded neuronal somas more frequently (arrows) than TH.
