(B) Indicated DR PCa cells were treated with DMSO or erastin (10 µM) or erastin in combination with Ferrostatin‐1 (5 µM) for 24 h, and cell viability was assayed by CCK‐8 assay. (C) Intracellular ROS of the indicated DR PCa cells were stained by DCFH‐DA and determined by flow cytometry.
