Relative mRNA expression levels of miR-128 (a), Wnt1 (b) and β-catenin (c) were analyzed by qRT-PCR from control or AAV-anti-miR-128 injected mice either untreated or treated with ISO infusion. Western blot was performed to detect the indicated proteins and a representative Western blot is displayed (d).
