Advanced Blast Simulator and behavioral testing paradigms. A single shock wave (∼15 psi) was delivered with the mouse in an upright position with the ventral surface of the mouse exposed to the oncoming shock wave (see Vu et al., 2018 for a detailed description of the ABS). Eight days post-injury, animals underwent either EPM or EZM testing followed by the SPT 2 weeks post-injury or sham treatment, and lastly either TST or FST 3.5 weeks following ABS.
