Seeds were sown on agar plates supplemented with or without ABA. Data are presented as the means ± SD of at least 12 biological replicates. Each replicate contained ~40 seeds. (C) ABA contents of germinating seeds. Seeds germinated on MS or 200 mM NaCl medium for 1, 3, 5, or 14 days were harvested, and ABA was extracted and analyzed by LC/MS.
