Participants 52 participants aged over 65 years with displaced 3‐ or 4‐part proximal humeral fractures who are candidates for primary shoulder arthroplasty
Interventions 1. Aequalis reverse fracture prosthesis
2. Aequalis fracture prosthesis
Outcomes Follow‐up: 1 year
Primary outcome: Constant score
Secondary outcomes: DASH (Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand) Score, SF‐12 questionnaire, VAS pain
