It means that not all the shops need to be opened at the same time. A specific % of the total shops/stalls/businesses can be opened on alternate day's basis i.e., MWF or TThS. The shop to be opened must be at a distance of 3–4 establishments apart).

      Periodic public awareness program on livelihood, transportation, public safety, and economic and physical recovery and rehabilitation
