| Time | Time in which the instance is collected (HH/MM/SS). |
| Phase | The phase in which the instance is collected. |
| Duration | The duration of time in which the traffic light phase is operated. |
Remark: For example, three data attributes with [6:00:13, 4, 24] means duration of phase 4 is 24 s and this phase started from 6:00:13 AM.
