For each evidence channel we show the number of associations, unique genes, and unique diseases for both the new and the originally published version of DISEASES. In case of the knowledge and experiments channels, these numbers are further provided for each of the source databases. The numbers in parentheses are the counts before evidence was backtracked to parent terms in Disease Ontology. For the text mining channel, we instead subdivide the counts by confidence score.
