Tm represents the temperature where CP reaches its maximum value. ΔHcal was calculated as the area under the DSC trace. ΔT1/2 corresponds to the linewidth at half the height of the transition peak. The entropy change at Tm, ΔS, was calculated as ΔS = ΔHcal/Tm. ΔHvH was calculated as 4RTm2Cp,max/ΔHcal. Analyses of the thermograms were performed with MicroCal Origin software.
Uncertainties: Tm (± 0.2 °C), ΔHcal (± 1‒3 kcal/mol), ΔT1/2 (± 0.2 °C).
