ACT001 inhibits LPS-induced pro-inflammatory factors overproduction. (A) BV-2 cells were administered with LPS and indicated concentrations of ACT001. After 24 h incubation, the effects of ACT001 on LPS-induced NO and cellular viability were measured. (B-E) BV-2 cells were administered with 200 ng/mL LPS and indicated concentrations of ACT001. After 6 h incubation, the effects of ACT001 on LPS induced iNOS (B), IL-1β (C), IL-6 (D) and TNF-α (E) mRNA were measured.
