LLOQ values of OT analogues in 50% ACNaq/0.1% FA. A dilution series of each peptide ranging from 1 fM to 1 mM in 50% ACNaq/0.1% FA was measured (n = 3) on the API4000 QTRAP. LLOQ was determined by visual examination of the calibration curve and ensuring the signal was ≥5x the blank. LLOQ values < 20 pM (more sensitive than OT) are highlighted in green, >200 pM in red, values between 20 and 200 pM in grey and the four sequences with the lowest LLOQ values in a darker shade of green.
