Optimized sample preparation Protocol 6’. RE, MX, and ME for optimized Protocol 6’ were evaluated in human serum via the pre- and post-spike method (50 μM, 10 µM, 0.1 µM). Precision and accuracy were determined by spiking samples with 40, 10 and 1.5 µM OT.
