circEXOC6B enhances the sensitivity of CRC cells to 5-FU. A TUNEL showed that knockdown of circEXOC6B expression reduced the 5-FU-induced apoptosis of CRC cells, whereas overexpression of circEXOC6B made CRC cells more sensitive to 5-FU treatment.
