(B) A higher magnification view (20x) showing the CT stroma presented with heavy infiltration of chronic inflammatory cells (lymphocytes and plasma cells), in addition to small blood vessels that are lined by a single layer of endothelial cells. The lining epithelium did not show any dysplastic or atypical cells.
