The cell laden hydrogels were treated with different concentrations and incubation times of sodium citrate. The cell viability of each day is normalized to the signal on day 1 after bioprinting. Statistical significance was tested for all samples on each measurement day by comparing the respective sample without treatment of sodium citrate as well as with samples having the same sodium citrate concentration but different incubation time (significance level: * p > 0.05, ** p > 0.01, *** p > 0.005).
