The molecular relationship between Borrelia miyamotoi and Borrelia bavariensis is based on the sequences of the flaB gene identified in the study. The phylogram was constructed using the Maximum Likelihood method and Kimura 2-parameter method as a distance method. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa are clustered together in the bootstrap test (1000 replicates) is shown next to the branches. The tree is drawn to scale, with branch lengths measured in the number of base substitutions per site. The analyses and phylogram construction were conducted in MEGA X software (https://www.megasoftware.net (accessed on 30 April 2021)). The sequences obtained in the study are labelled with black symbols. Abbreviation: B.m—B. miyamotoi, B.g—B. garinii, B.bav—B. bavariensis. * according to Becker et al. (2020) [52].
