The IC₅₀ values (in µg/mL ± S.E.M.) for the mixture of CBD with CDDP were determined experimentally (IC_{50 mix}) in four melanoma malignant cell lines in the in vitro MTT assay. The IC_{50 add} values were calculated from the lower and upper isoboles of additivity. The n _mix—total number of items experimentally determined; n _add—total number of items calculated for the additive mixture of CBD with CDDP; * p < 0.05 and ** p < 0.01 vs. the respective IC_{50 add} value.
