(A) Bar plot showing mice occupied a closed arm during 60% of laser onsets. Each 8-min EPM trial consisted of four 2-min epochs with alternating laser delivery (OFF-ON-OFF-ON) resulting in two laser onsets per trial. (B) Mice spent 68.16% of time in the closed arms during laser delivery; thus mice spent the majority of time in the closed arms, indicating that arm occupancy during laser onset did not result in aversion of said arm.
