Suppression of wheat blast disease by antimycin A and Nativo® 75 WG. Herein, blast lesions suppressed by different doses of antimycin A, a commercial dose of Nativo® 75 WG, as well as untreated and healthy control wheat seedlings were presented as (A) preventive, and (B) curative. Both preventive and curative assays included (a) water control + MoT, (b–d) antimycin A + MoT inoculation, (e) commercial dose of Nativo®75 WG + MoT inoculation, and (f) non-inoculated, non-treated seedlings. The 1 μg/mL, 5 μg/mL, and 10 μg/mL dose of antimycin A are represented as (b), (c), and (d), respectively. In inset, the representative leaf sample is presented as (i) water control + MoT, (ii–iv) antimycin A at 1 μg/mL, 5 μg/mL, and 10 μg/mL, respectively + MoT inoculation, (v) commercial dose of Nativo® 75 WG + MoT inoculation, and (vi) non-inoculated, non-treated seedlings as a healthy control.
