The oil biodegrading ability of different yeast isolates on different hydrocarbons. The strains were grown in MSM supplemented with 0.1% Tween 80, and 0.6 mg/ml DCPIP, incubated at 25 °C for 15 days, then the colorimetric changes in DCPIP were measured at 420 nm.
