Increase gradually to 70% and 80% of 1RM for the upper body and lower body, respectively

Starting with the patient’s own body weight
Later add unstable surfaces
Duration 40 min
1RM: the maximum weight a patient can lift in one complete repetition for a given exercise in a controlled way through a full range of motion with good posture
Cool-down
  • Marching on the spot gently
