The weight of liver and levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) of hyperuricemic rats treated with G. lucidum formula. The rats were injected with PO and treated with G. lucidum formula, and the (A) weight of liver and serum level of (B) AST and (C) ALT were determined as described in the Materials and Methods.
