The growing cultures were observed for optical density using spectrophotometer at specific time intervals at day 0 to day 18 and the graph was plotted. Two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post-test was used and significance of * p < 0.1 was reported. (B) Colony forming units of bacterial strains. Number of bacterial CFUs were calculated per/mL of total culture and graphs were plotted. The experiment was performed in triplicates and the mean ± standard deviation values of the three independent experiments was used for the graph. Two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post-test correction and the significance was reported by comparing with H37Rv. ** p < 0.01.
