BV2 cells treated with LPS (0.5 μg/ml) for 4 hr in absence and presence of EuCeO2NPs (100 ng/ml) or LNPs and after incubation, different inflammatory cytokine (IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-4) and classical activation marker iNOS levels were measured using gene-specific primers and RT2-qPCR assay. n = 6. One-way ANOVA followed by Newman–Keuls post-hoc test was used to determine statistical significance. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001.
