A diagram of the full ALV genome is on top, with the region surrounding primer placement shown in detail below. B. A representative set of detection curves from the Cy5.5 and ROX channels (the KPL and JJPLN probes, respectively, in Table 1). Each curve is a sample from a separate bird. Eight ALV J positive, ALV K positive, and negative samples each were measured on the same 96-well plate and fluorescence values recorded simultaneously.
