The expression level of IFN-γ in mouse spleen cells after stimulation
Splenocytes were harvested on the 7th, 14th, and 21st days after treatment and re-stimulated with the indicated agents. Seventy-two hours after re-stimulation an IFN-γ ELISA was performed. Mean IFN-γ expression ± SEM is shown (n = 3–4/group). A one-way ANOVA was used to determine significant differences between groups ∗p < 0.05, ∗∗p < 0.01, ∗∗∗p < 0.001.
