GIPR agonism attenuates PYY-induced aversion in mice. Saccharin preference (A and B) and 24 h body weight (C and D) and food intake (E and F) in lean C57/Bl6 mice dosed subcutaneously with an LAPYY analog alone (A, C, and E) or in combination (B, D, and F) with a GIPRA (n = 6 per group). Values are means ± SEM. *P < 0.05 vs vehicle; #P < 0.05 vs. LAPYY-only group. Statistical analyses performed with use of one-way ANOVA, followed by Dunnett multiple comparisons test where appropriate.
