Efficacy study with CCT373566 at 50 mg/kg po BID for 22 days. Tumor xenografts were prepared by subcutaneous injection of 1 × 10⁷ HT cells in female SCID mice, with dosing of the compound commencing 20 days after injection, to mice with xenografts between 0.5 and 0.8 cm³, as described in more detail in the Supporting Information. All experiments were carried out according to the U.K. guidelines for animal experimentation.
