Two alternative copies of LOC498276, annotated by the Rat Genome Database as Fcgr2b, are present in the alternative haplotype. IsoSeq indicates expression of at least two of the duplicated copies in WKY and further suggests that usage of the duplicated copies may be tissue specific. Note that IsoSeq data have been processed to represent unique isoforms; each isoform track is representative of at least two identical copies of the transcript in the data set, and the track representing the most abundant unique isoform is typically present in multiple copies in the data set.
