Immunohistochemical staining of the POG in a dog model of SCI at 12 weeks after injury.

The staining intensities of both NF and GFAP were stronger, and the percentages of positively stained area were increased significantly in the SCI group compared with those in the control group. The percentage of NeuN positively stained area was slightly, but not significantly increased, in the SCI group compared with that in the control group. Arrows represent typical positive expression.
