YAP1 activity is significantly upregulated in OS cells. (A–C). The YAP1 mRNA and p-YAP1/YAP1 protein levels of OS cells (143B, Saos-2 and MG63) and normal osteoblasts (hFOB1.19) were evaluated through real-time PCR (A) and western blots (B, C).
