Advantages and Disadvantages of Intraoperative Laximetry-Based Selective Transtibial Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Concomitant With Medial Open Wedge High Tibial Osteotomy

Advantages
  • Able to evaluate the change of AP laxity before and after MOW-HTO.

  • No need for an additional radiograph exposure to evaluate the change in AP laxity.

Disadvantages
  • Not able to evaluate the change in rotatory stability before and after MOW-HTO.

  • Need for sterilizing Rolimeter.

  • Technical error and device problems.
