Schematic describing the process of migration-induced Golgi apparatus remodeling (MIGAR). Normal MIGAR goes through equatorial Golgi dispersion and results in coherent intracellular polarization and persistence cell migration. In absence of MIGAR, incoherent intracellular polarization results in nonpersistent cell migration.
