Altered principal gradient values in Alzheimer's disease (AD) group and correlations with clinical variables. Compared with both healthy control (HC) and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) groups, AD group showed a significant gradient increase in bilateral thalamus. The gradient values of bilateral thalamus were positively correlated with CDR‐SOB scores and negatively correlated with logical memory performance in AD patients (p <.05).
