Results of genome‐wide array in the National Institute on Aging Late‐Onset Alzheimer's Disease Family Based Study (NIA‐LOAD FBS). The apolipoprotein E (APOE) locus reached genome‐wide significance in association with Alzheimer's disease (AD).
