Effect of MF on phosphorylation of MEK1/2-ERK1/2 and SEK1/MKK4-JNK pathways in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages. The cells were pretreated with MF for 1 h and then stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 10–20 min for analysis of MAPKs. Phosphorylation of MEK1/2-ERK1/2 (a and b) and SEK1/MKK4-JNK (c and d) was determined by western blot.
