(a) Initial chest radiograph obtained on Day 4 of symptoms shows multifocal ground-glass opacities in the bilateral lower zones (arrowheads). (b) Follow-up radiograph performed two days later shows increased density in the left lower zone (white arrowheads), in keeping with consolidation. A small focus of consolidation is also seen in the right lower zone (black arrowhead).
