The errors of τ₁, τ₂, Δ₂ are propagated from those in Table 3.

The errors of T₂ and Δ₁ are estimated for the fitting of FTIR spectra with 95% confidence interval.

The error of Γ₂ is propagated from that of T₂. The details of error estimation are included in Section 9 of SI.
