Association of ZAP and TRIM25 RNA binding mutants with SINV RNA. (A, B) ZAP KO or (C) TRIM25 KO 293T cells were transfected with (A) ZAP zinc finger (ZnF) mutants, (B) ZAP CpG RNA binding cavity mutants, or (C) TRIM25 mutants.
