ETV5 is upregulated and correlated to tumor staging and prognosis in escc. The level of ETV5 mRNA is upregulated in ESCC tissues indicated by data from TCGA(A) and GEO(B). (C)(D) RT-PCR and western blotting analysis indicated that the expression level of ETV5 was higher in selected ESCC tissues than in paired normal esophageal mucosa tissues.
